What is Worldview
People come to REST Development from many different backgrounds. Some want their growth to be framed explicitly in Christian language and Scripture, while others prefer a non‑religious, values‑based approach. Both deserve to feel fully respected and at home in the process.
The core of the Balanced Life Quiz is the same for everyone: you reflect honestly on key areas of life, receive a clear snapshot of your scores, and get practical ideas for next steps. What changes is the lens we use to explain those results:
- In the Christian (faith‑based) report, your results are interpreted using biblical language, themes like calling, stewardship, grace, and God’s purposes, and optional prompts for prayer and Scripture reflection.
- In the non‑religious report, your results are interpreted using neutral, coaching and psychology language—values, goals, habits, strengths, and evidence‑based wellbeing principles—without spiritual or religious references.
The quiz questions, scores, and level of professional care do not change; only the language and examples are tailored so that the feedback connects with what you believe and how you make sense of life. After receiving your detailed report, you can then decide whether to begin the REST coaching process in a faith‑based or non‑religious format, or simply use the insights privately.
